Ms. Jeasyl Eulogio Aditan Needs Help To Prove Her Innocence- The Netizens



The netizens are urging the support of an agency in Malaysia named Agensi Pekerjaan Vegah Sdn Bhd and the office of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration of Philippine Embassy, Kuala Lumpur to step in and check the situation of Ms Jeasyl Eulogio Aditan from Kapangan, Benguet, Philippines. She was sent to prison for wrongly charged of illegal entry in the country despite having proper documents which was publicly shown in social media few weeks ago by some concerned individuals.


One of the responses from the netizens in an early post about her missing showed a full details of her documents which was verified by the Philippine Embassy in Malaysia somewhere in the month of November 2019. The netizens believed that this is a good proof of her entering Malaysia in a legal way.


Due to this, the netizens from the social media world poured out their frustrations and disappointments to these agencies as she was believed to be the victim in this scenario.


According to Kluang Community Prison in Johor, she was confirmed as the missing Pinay who was sent on February 24, 2020. She was spotted by an immigration officers without any valid documents at that point of time as she was earlier reported that she run away from her agency.


Ms Aditan was said to be in prison for three months and she is expected to be released on 14th April, 2020.


Some netizens shared their sympathy to Ms. Aditan and her family as she went only to Malaysia to work and able to help in providing the needs of her family in the Philippines and not to be in jailed as what has happened to her.


There were no interviews conducted yet with Ms Aditan to get her side of story. The editorial team is still waiting for any chances to get her side. The team is also aware that she need to get enough rest and peace of mind before she is asked for any questions. She was also allegedly confined to one of the public Hospitals in Johor Bahru as she was allegedly spotted weak at that point of time before she was sent to the jail.



The netizen is encouraging the management of Agensi Pekerjaan Vegah Sdn Bhd (in Johor Bahru, Malaysia) including the STD Overseas Manpower Services Inc (from Parañaque City) to help her since her documents/ passport as well as work permit was believed to be with them to prove that she has a proper documents upon her entry to Malaysia.


Ms. Aditan was allegedly reported that she run away from her hostel when she was sent back to her agency in JB by her employer. There are other details that need to be verified from this point as both side needs to be heard.


Meanwhile, the netizen also expressed their appreciation to all the Filipinos in Johor Bharu and other concerned individuals who helped in checking the status of Ms. Aditan from the time she was said to be missing,
