You must be at the bus bay area within 15 minutes before the bus departure time. The first bus from JB Sentral to Paradigm Mall JB will start from 10:00AM until 9:20PM. For the bus service from Paradigm Mall JB to the JB Sentral bus bay area, the bus service will start from 10:40AM to 10:00PM. So technically the bus interval is about 1 hour.
